We were brought on board by the developer to complete the fixtures, furniture and equipment (and artwork) for all the common areas. Our work involved creating unique custom carpets for all area rugs in the lobby, party room, meeting room, karaoke room and card room. We were also responsible for selection and purchasing all the furniture, drapery, wall coverings and artwork.
A tight budget and timeline meant working with strict parameters to satisfy the developers needs and still maintain an elegant feel.
