A one-of-a-kind home in the beautiful Rosedale area of Toronto, that our client purchased with the instruction to not change too much but give the home a bit more grandeur. We did minor renovations to the basement living spaces, and a new paint job to refresh the walls allowing us to showcase a growing art collection.
The centerpiece of this home became the custom curved runner for the 3-story staircase. This runner was the brainchild of our office and a collaboration with Creative Matters who fabricated it.
We outfitted the rest of the home with glasswork from Jeff Goodman studios, wallpaper highlight areas and new furniture that was appropriate to the scale of the home.
