This client approached us to be the prime consultant and asked us to help guide them through the process of designing and building their forever home. Over the next couple of years, we lead the design team including architects, engineers and landscape designers to create this stunning new build.
An open concept feel, amazing views of the lake and main floor living were paramount to our client.
The bluff location of this property with it’s 60’ drop to the lake presented us a unique engineering challenge so we created a walk-out basement which integrated the house into the landscaping.
The client brief included a clean modern aesthetic. We limited the amount of natural wood and balanced it with other textures in a limited colour palette.
